Thailand in Thai – Protect yourself

First things first, your instincts are good or great in Western Culture..  Throw everything out the window now, because the game has changed.  You have entered a new world, where everyone seems at your utmost attention.  This is the reason you fell in love with Thailand, and it will also be your demise.  My favorite photo, and I don’t have it, but it’s out there on the web is a girl professing her love via text to some poor sap as she is blowing another guy.  Don’t blame the girl she has been made promise over promise by many, and knows the routine.  She must land as many as she can and hope one sticks, but when he does come along, she will also keep up the good work, and find someone to out do him.   This is not always the case, there are plenty of good women in Thailand, but my point is the cultural differences make it very hard to decipher who is real and who is not.   Remember you spent your lifetime figuring out Western women, and now the game has changed, you are at square one again, but this time it’s worse, because before you had to fight to get the wrong one, whereas now you have to fight to pick the right one.  There are too many girls to choose from.  However, the women have an upper hand also.  Just like you, they are becoming savy with the internet, they are discovering Camfrog, and social network sites.  They have 9-10 guys going at all times, and the conversations remain the same amongst all of them.  Thai women have been lied to so many times, that they too have learned the ways to lie right back.  Again, there are many good apples yet to have been spoiled, so how do you fight back?  The first thing you must do is pick on your best judgment.  Sounds simple for Thailand in Thai.  This means don’t pick a working girl or bar girl, or freelancer.  This girl must be found in the correct manner, and first and foremost must be educated, so that she can discern a good or bad man.  The next point I have will be argued by most but I feel is very important.  After a viable amount of time, where you think this could be the one ( 2-6 months of active conversation)  I apply spyware to her phone and laptop.  Psycho?  In Western terms yes, but in Thailand no.  There are too many ways to get burned, and you are not going to be that good at figuring them out.  There are many different software solutions to track your “ideal” girl and save you the heartbreak and disappointment you will receive when you have made the wrong choice.  Save some time and effort and apply these methods, and you will find your true mate.   Once you have found her,  and she has proven to be a one soul mate gal, destroy your methods and information and live the good life, however, if your just into shagging there really is no need for this, because you can do so and find your counterpart in crime.
